🚚 Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to get my gear?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method (e.g., Standard, Expedited) and location. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We move fast! Please contact us immediately at contact@sportfishgear.com. If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we will do our best to accommodate the change.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Certain items (like final sale apparel or used electronics) may be exempt. Please visit our dedicated Returns Center for full details and to initiate a return.

How do I handle a product warranty claim?

Most of the brands we carry (like G-Ratt Baits, Hook & Tackle, etc.) offer a manufacturer warranty. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the brand's specific warranty process.
